This strip club in Peoria was first opened in 1974 as a speakeasy and named after the infamous Al Capone. Just like the mobster, Big Al’s has earned itself a reputation for being just a little bit ‘naughty’. Home to some excellent dancers, the club is clean and modern with a friendly atmosphere.
They regularly hold big events and play host to big names like Ryan Ashley, the former National Champion of Exotic Dance. Every Wednesday is amateur night with reduced price drinks for just $3.
Cover charges are under $10 and the drinks won’t break the bank unlike Chicago strip clubs.
It’s not a high end experience but Big Al’s has got to be one of the best small town Illinois strip clubs you are going to find. If you think so too then you can take home some of their branded ‘World Famous Big Al’s’ merchandise from the souvenir shop.

This large central Illinois gentleman’s club is not your big city strip joint but a small town lap dance bar. But what it lacks in finesse and opulence it certainly makes up for in atmosphere and an authentic topless dancing experience.
The Kappa Kabana is a large club with a main stage (with two poles), big tip rail and fully stocked bar. There is a VIP area that can cater for large private parties as well as three private champagne rooms for more discreet entertainment.
Amateur night is every Thursday when the local ladies get a chance to perform. Though not always the height of sophistication there is a good atmosphere on these nights.

There aren’t many clubs that come without the need of an introduction but the Hustler Club, St Louis is one of them. ‘Home of the Beaver Lover’, the Larry Flynt brand assures guests of a certain standard and the St Louis venue is no different.
The venue is tastefully decorated with a modern and stylish feel offering a great backdrop for the talented dancers to entertain from. There are VIP areas with bottle service to give you an exclusive night out or you can enjoy happy hour (6pm-9pm), five nights a week.
The club runs plenty of events and has a host of TV’s to screen big games making the club an ideal venue for parties as well as a great drop in for some private entertainment.

As part of the larger Hustler chain, Déjà Vu can offer more bells and whistles with its dancers and venue than some small town clubs. Showgirls in Springfield is a fully nude lap dancing bar offering feature acts in its 350-people capacity club.

Originally opening in 1988, the club has undergone a refurbishment and now offers 20 private dance caves and five champagne rooms. They employ around fifty dancers, most of whom are of a pretty good standard both in dancing talent and in looks.
The club has a juice bar, video arcade and TV screens plus a ‘Love Boutique’ where you can pick up a little souvenir of your night from a range of adult toys and accessories.
Just five minutes from the downtown area of the capital city, Déjà Vu offers free admission with a voucher you can download from their website.

With a $5 cover charge, Coyote’s is an Illinois strip club that always seems to pull a good crowd.
Drinks are well priced (beer for just $2) and you can easily spend a good night here without it costing the earth which is probably the main reason so many locals come here.
The dancers are very friendly and can be quite chatty but know just how to perform when there is cash around.
Though not the most luxurious of Illinois’s strip clubs, Club Coyote is definitely a club to tick off your list as one of those dying breeds of genuine out of town strip bars.

This family owned business has a strong reputation for being a club that runs a clean establishment; the venue is smart, the girls are talented and the management doesn’t tolerate badly behaved guests.
As such, the Hollywood Showclub has avoided any lick of controversy and the place seems to attract some really talented and hot performers as a result.

The cover charge is $10 with drinks being priced at city rates which could be a bit steep for some. However, the bar staff, waiting staff and dancers are all extremely friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal despite the strict rules on behavior.
With a big bar and main stage, the place is big enough to showcase at least a dozen girls and with around four out of five of them being well worth the cover charge alone, you can guarantee yourself a good night.
